EC135 Gets Dual Qualification Print E-mail

The German Bundespolizei have received dual certification for their Frasca built EC-135 helicopter device as a JAR-FTD H FTD 2 and FNPT III MCC. The device was modeled after an EC-135 T2+ helicopter and features a 200° x 70° TruVision™ visual display system with a large real world database including the Bonn and Cologne area. (0) No Comments. Thales’s new RealitySeven Simulator for Turkish Airlines Print E-mail

Thales has won a significant contract to supply two of its new RealitySeven Full Flight Simulators (FFS) to Turkish Airlines. This brings to 14 the total of RealitySeven FFS sold at date, including Airbus’ decision to acquire six of the new simulators for its facilities in France and in the USA.

Frasca Delivers Mustang Level 5 FTD to the FAA Print E-mail

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has taken delivery of a Cessna Citation Mustang Flight Training Device (FTD) built by Frasca International, Inc., Urbana, IL. The device is qualified as an FAA Level 5 FTD and has been installed at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City.
