Thales has been selected by Air France to supply a full flight simulator for Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
This will be the fourth B777 full flight simulator (FFS) that Thales has provided to Air France. This FFS will be the first Air France simulator to feature the new Thales motion system, eM2K. eM2K is a six-degree of freedom electric motion system using hydraulic mass compensation and transmission, delivering 80% savings in power consumption compared to existing full flight simulators. The FFS will be fully qualified to FAA Level D, the highest internationally recognised level of flight simulation. (0) No Comments. Start a discussion... |
