RAF pilots are using Thales' new training simulators to prepare for the delivery of the updated MR2 Nimrod aircraft in 2010.

CAE Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of full-flight simulators, says it has already done a lot of the groundwork required to develop a simulator for Bombardier’s yet-to-be-launched CSeries.

India has signed an agreement with Russia to upgrade its RSK MiG-29 fighters, but industry observers say lingering tensions could affect Moscow's chances in future tenders.

CAE achieved industry firsts with the receipt of Level D certification, the highest qualification for flight simulators, for two CAE-built Dassault Falcon 7X full-flight simulators (FFSs) located in CAE’s Burgess Hill training centre in the U.K. and CAE’s North East Training Centre (NETC) near Morristown, New Jersey.
